Ms. Brotz and Ms. Ritt joined Matthew Keris of Marshall Dennehy as panelists at the August 2023 FSHRMPS Annual Meeting & Education Conference, addressing Medical Record Audit Data and Inspections.  The panel addressed the trend of requests for data and inspections outside the scope of medical records produced pursuant to federal and state law, and how to manage them.
