Domenic Tusha is an Associate Attorney at Ferrentino + Brotz. He received his B.S. from Florida State University, and his Juris Doctor, from Stetson University College of Law. Domenic was a member of the Stetson Trial Team where he competed on the national stage against law schools from across the country. In 2023, he was awarded Best Advocate in the championship round at the Syracuse National Trial Competition and helped Stetson bring home their second straight SNTC championship. Domenic also received several academic awards, including recognition for obtaining the highest grade in his Remedies and Law & Justice Seminar courses.

Domenic joined Ferrentino + Brotz during his first year of law school and has focused his career on defending health care professionals, practices, and hospitals throughout the State of Florida in personal injury and wrongful death claims. Alongside his experience defending medical negligence claims at the trial level, Domenic has also provided support on appeals.
