Amber Melendez is an Associate Attorney at Ferrentino + Brotz. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a focus in Pre-Law from University of Central Florida. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Amber served as the Symposium Editor for Stetson Business Law Review, hosting its 2026 Annual Symposium. Amber began her legal career in 2021, working in an administrative role for a Plaintiff’s civil litigation firm. She continued her employment in civil litigation with civil law firms through her time at Stetson, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice. Amber has focused her practice on defending health care professionals, hospitals, and other facilities throughout Florida in actions for medical negligence, wrongful death, and general liability.
